@flasportsbuzz@RobEdigital They dropped from 9 to 11 without playing a game, are you really naive enough that the humans in the committee wouldn’t have just put them 13 if those rules applied this year?
@DanWolken@mikegolicjr Dan- to act like this is motivated by anything other than USC not wanting a hard out of conference schedule and wanting to make their path to the playoff easier (like Indiana) is naive and a red herring
@DanWolken@georgewrighster The committee is made of up humans, they are going to know the consequences of their rankings and rank accordingly, they literally just did that with ND and Miami. If the MOU applied this year they would’ve dropped ND down to 13. They went from 9 to 11 without playing a game
@dbailey_18 “ND’s terms” are the same terms they have been for the entire existence of the rivalry. USC is the one bringing new terms asking Notre Dame to agree to. Get your facts straight
@RyanKartje@latimes You are either gullible or naive, likely both, especially when since is a decent chance this is the last year of the 12 team playoff
@ElijahKFoster@JoshPateCFB@SnapAgainThanos Correct. That is what they did two years ago, they put in what they thought were the 4 best teams, not the 4 most deserving teams
