A big shout out to all our staff who have been moving not one but two schools during Spring Break, ensuring new Tapteal and Badger Mountain's temporary home are set up. Their hard work will allow the staffs of both schools to unpack from April 12-16 while students learn remotely.
"My second home." "A place to be myself." "A place of warmth." @RchlndBmbrs seniors in the AVID college preparation program celebrated the family of teachers & classmates that has supported them & where they'll continue their education in an online ceremony. #RSDawesome
Experiencing the parent-side of online learning. It’s 9:30am, and all 3 of my kids have required parent support. Has me thinking about kids without support right now. Educators, above all else, please show grace, patience and flexibility during this time.
I am incredibly grateful to health care workers in our state.
They are working day and night to protect the rest of us from the COVID-19 pandemic.
You can support them.
Stay Home. Stay Healthy.

It would be ashamed if education comes out of this pandemic only to return to status quo. There hasn't been an opportunity for such sweeping changes in education for the last half century.
Less testing
More adaptability
Improved family/school partnership
Let kids learn like kids
Ok, who’s on board with @JonGordon11 and me doing a Facebook live to discuss making the most of your time while on lockdown?
I’ll give up my prison routine and my routine now.
A school superintendent said something profound in his address cancelling school for the next 3 weeks. He said: In the end, it will be impossible to know if we overreacted or did too much, but it will be QUITE apparent if we under reacted or did too little.
Hear those words....
About to speak to the Texas Rangers for spring training. Baseball is not a game of failure as most say. It’s a game of opportunity. Every at bat and pitch is an opportunity to make the next one great. The same goes for life!
Astronaut Col. Andrew Morgan on the Int'l Space Station tuned in to a broadcast at @RchlndBmbrs and 150 others to talk about his work & give the enlistment oath to new military recruits, including @HanfordFalcon's Eli Cooper & RHS's Isaiah Brodaczynski & Esai Robledo. #RSDawesome
