Arizona law makes it a class 6 felony for a person to knowingly cause, procure, or allow themselves (or another) to be registered knowing they are not entitled to registration

Federal penalties are 5 years in prison

Not one, not two, but EVERY BAG you pick up and put on the scale is a pound or so short

One or two is a mistake, every bag is intentional. At this point I am absolutely convinced this is a business strategy because by shorting products this adds up to hundreds of millions of dollars in extra profits

When they do get fined, the fine is no where near the amount they stole

Walmart has a pattern of doing this

There was a $45 million class-action settlement in 2024 against Walmart that settled over claims it inflated weights on sold by weight goods like meat, poultry, pork and seafood

Walmart was also caught doing this and fined in California and New Jersey. The fines were very small, under $1.6 million and $5.5 million

When the punishment for a crime is a fine, then it’s just the cost of doing business. It’s a business model

Feds say he controlled more than 350 FAKE SNAP accounts made with STOLEN identities.

They say Georgia was duped into sending about $4.6 MILLION into those accounts.

Meanwhile, he was posting private jets, Rolls-Royces, stacks of cash, and calling people "broke."

The New York Post says he even set some of the money ON FIRE.

That money was supposed to feed poor families.

He was arrested in Las Vegas and now faces 63 federal counts.
