This is all on you and your complete failure to properly manage your artists, @BELIFTLAB. How incompetent are you to not be able to schedule group activities in a way that allows each member to grow individually? How hard is it to give them the time, support, and opportunity to explore their own artistry?
Other seniors from your own company and even artists from different companies manage to pursue solo activities while still actively participating in their groups. What makes ENHYPEN any different? The group is thriving, at their peak, and yet you are trying to block them from growing further. To actively punish them for wanting to explore their own music at this point is not only unfair, it is a reckless and destructive decision.
You are an irresponsible and selfish company. You know full well that the members are in an exhausting, packed schedule, yet you continue to ignore their well-being. You do not consider the toll this takes on them mentally or creatively. You are actively blocking their growth and punishing them for wanting to express themselves.
How many of these talented individuals are you going to push away next because they dare to pursue a solo career? How outrageous is it that the only choice they are given is to leave if they want to follow their passion? How can you claim to support your artists when you treat them like disposable assets?
You are erasing their voices and their dreams. You are not protecting the group, you are suffocating it. You are prioritizing control over talent, schedules over artistry, and power over people. THAT IS EXPLOITATION!
The members are human beings with hopes, dreams, and creative potential. They deserve respect, care, and freedom to grow as artists, not to be trapped or threatened for daring to develop themselves. Every day you continue this, you show the world that you value profits and control over the very artists who built your company’s success.
This is a disgrace. Your so-called “best arrangement” is nothing but selfishness disguised as policy. ENHYPEN deserves better. The world sees your incompetence.
Honestly, whatever the reason for heeseungs departure from enha, I genuinely just hope he's okay right now. This must be so shitty to deal with whether he wanted this or not
@sseraharmony Hey quick question, do you maybe have a video of last call? I was sitting across from you guys and jiung and I pointed at each other during the chorus and I'm desperately searching for a video of that 🙏

@ungIuvr Hey quick question, do you have a video of jiung during last call? I was on the second floor and jiung and i pointed at each other and I'm desperately searching for a video of the interaction
@thvchapters Between Munich and Paris are 5 days though, that's plenty of time to add another show. Other artists have like only one or two days between shows in different cities, it's definitely possible
