@MajeedAlotaibi اشتريت عن طريق تاجر في علي اكسبرس منتج قيمته 5000 شامل الضريبة والشحن عن طريق علي اكسبرس.

تواصل معي التاجر طلب مني الغي الطلب بسبب مشكلة بالشحن واطلب مرة اخري واختار التوصيل عن طريق ارامكس.

لم اتجاوب معه وشيكت على المنتج مره اخرى حصلته رافع السعر وغير شامل الضريبة.
وش الحل؟؟

تواصل معي التاجر طلب مني الغي الطلب بسبب مشكلة بالشحن واطلب مرة اخري واختار ارامكس.

لم اتجاوب معه وشيكت على المنتج مره اخرى حصلته. رافع السعر وغير شامل الضريبة.
وش الحل وكيف اخليه يشحن المنتج بنفس السعر اللي دفعته

رفعت شكوى لدى مكتب العمل، ولكن لم يحضر المدعى عليه الجلسات واخبرني موظف التسوية الودية ان الشكوى يجب ان تحال الى المحكمة العمالية وطلب مني اتقدم بنموذج ، ماهي اجراءات التقدم وتصعيد الشكوى للمحكمة العمالية.
