@AXAHealth is there an issue logging into the website today? I being told I’ve reached my maximum limit of verification code requests and it’s the first time I’ve logged in today!!
@HMRCcustomers my tax code has changed and I had an email telling me to check my personal tax account in February but I can see no new PAYE coding notice.
@HMRCcustomers Hi - the email says “we have now calculated your tax code for the next tax year (tax year 2026 to 2027)”. I can see my 26/27 tax code on my account but there is no PAYE coding notice for 26/27 to explain it. There are no 26/27 coding notices at all.
Hi @hawesandcurtis can you please fix your “intelligent returns” site. It’s currently defaulting the country field to “Christmas Island” and I can’t progress my return any further because the address is incorrect. Raised this a few days ago via email but no response forthcoming..

@81DanPaul@cinchuk I’m having significant delays getting @cinchuk to honour their 90 day warranty to be honest. Customer service is awful once they have your money I’m afraid…
Day 4 without my car because @cinchuk are trying to scrounge a few hundred pounds off the repair bill with the garage. Don’t buy a car from @cinchuk the 90 day warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. If anything goes wrong helping the customer is their last priority.
Well @cinchuk your 90 day warranty is anything but a cinch. Now entering day 3 of not having a car because you’re trying to get the manufacturer to contribute the repair costs (outside of manufacturer warranty), and not approving the servicecentre to fix.
Hey @Churchill - if your systems are down and you want customers to call back after a certain time maybe say that when calls are first answered and not after 10mins of answering various call menu options and questions?! Madness…

@thameswater I’m sure you have the correct permissions. What I meant was nobody seems to have thought it through and managed it so that the entire New Malden is not gridlocked.
@thameswater you have completely closed the A3 slip road from Shannon’s Corner roundabout and the travel disruption it is causing to the surrounding area is a disgrace. Must have been a better way to manage it than this.
@thameswater Also because it is a major access road you just can’t close it off like that. When I was there it didn’t even look like there were workers on site. It should be close only when workers are on site and preferably that should be outside peak hours to minimise disruption.
