If the injuction is lifted, that will be another hurdle to pass, how it was drawn.

No. Texas redistricted in 2021 after the census..like normal. They were then sued by the Biden DOJ and have been challenging it ever since. Now, in 2025 they made modifications to the map in response to the lawsuit.

@Real_RobN I'm a little rusty, but I followed this when it was going down. Wasn't the purpose of the double scanned ballots so that it matched the hand count in the audit...so they sould say everything "matched"...within acceptable human error that is....
