Hi, everyone.
If possible, please take a moment to read this ~
As hard as it is so soon after losing Princess to even begin this request, I have no option other than to appeal to you all.
Last Thursday I had to take two buns, Jennifer and Jet, for their dental extractions. Thankfully, both came through the op and recovered for their anaesthetics successfully. But both failed to progress and had to stay with the vets for two nights, until Saturday morning.
Then, on Saturday I had to rush Princess girl to the clinic on an emergency appointment, as well as collect Jen and Jet. The three of them returned home with me until, on Sunday morning I had to drive back to Riga with Princess.
Sadly, as many of you might've seen my earlier post, Princess had to remain under close supervision and left this world that night.
I received a call Monday morning explaining what had happened and drove back to the city to collect her body.
In all, I drove a total of 1528km over those days. Which, the diesel combined with the vet bills, has left me penniless.
Tomorrow there's vets again for Jen and Jet, for their post-op examinations.
In addition, three boys, Tiny, Chocolate and Fluffy are scheduled for their teeth corrections on Tuesday of next week. And new boy, Sunshine, has to go to the local vets for his neutering operation.
The following Monday (22nd) Angel, Honey-Bunny and Maddy-Magic girl are due to attend their tooth correction appointments in Riga, too.
I desperately need help in raising funds to begin covering the treatments.
The photos are of Jenny and Jet.
I hate to ask. But if you can, please help ?

Also, please consider reposting this appeal.
As just as in the case of so many of us now here on X, my outreach has seriously collapsed since the beginning of this year and the extra coverage would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you all for your time.
🙏❤️
@HRHMadamMe@Colleenfrances Thank you !
Without kind hearted people such as you this sanctuary would no longer exist.
Thank you for helping save these buns.
🙏❤️
In memory of little Princess, who passed from this world on Sunday night.
She was one of the buns born here at the sanctuary and would've been celebrating her 7th birthday in just over two weeks time.
The left hand picture is her enjoying her willow leaves. Of her when she was a baby, a few weeks old.
And the last photo of her taken moments before I had to leave her in the caring hands of our Riga veterinarians.
She was just too weak and ill to carry on and set off over the rainbow later that night under their care.
I wish she'd been with me in the comfort and security of her home when she left this world as she'd only ever been away from the house twice before in her life. And that makes the pain of her loss all the harder.
I'm too heartbroken to say more now, except that I love her with all my heart.
Sleep well, beautiful little Princess.
I love you my sweet little flower and always will.
💔🌹💔
@LouJ127 And I am deeply sorry for the loss of your little boy.
Losing family, regardless of how many legs they walk on, is the worst feeling possible.
💔🫂
@alisonblair30 Elegant and handsome Fluffy.
Your fresh haircut is superb and you deserve a nice treat.
Here at the sanctuary Freya had her hair cut two days ago and wishes I was as skilled with hair styling as your mum.
He has a pain control med called Neurontin twice a day, which I'm pleased to say seems to work really well.
He's been on it since around last November when x-rays brought the problem to light. And thankfully, so far there's been absolutely no detrimental side effects.
In addition, he now spends most of his time on his own, which he doesn't mind. Although he's always been a bit of a loner, which makes separating him so much easier.
I strongly believe he feels better for it. Simply the result of him not being disturbed or having to move fast if the others are up to their usual bunny hijinks, especially the younger buns.
A lot of peace and quiet really seems to help.
