21. 이미 발행된 채권의 액면금리(쿠폰금리)는 고정되어 시중의 채권금리에는 영향이 없음.

22. 다만, 롤오버시점의 시중금리에 영향을 받음.

23. 즉, 시중 채권금리가 낮아져야 롤오버시점 채권 금리가 낮아지고 이자부담이 완화됨.

24. 당연히 공급이 줄면 해당 물건에 대한 가격이 비싸짐.

25. 채권이 비싸진다 = 채권 금리가 낮아진다.

26. 근데 단기채권의 금리는 기준금리 따라가고, 장기채권 금리는 수요/공급/기간프리미엄/향후 성장률 등 복잡한 요인들이 섞여서 결정됨.

27.장기채 금리 요인 중 재무부가 직접적으로 컨트롤 가능한 건 공급량임.

28. 따라서 재무부는 장기채 공급을 줄이고 싶음.

29. 장기채 공급을 줄이려면 장기채 대신 단기채를 많이 찍어야함.

30. 단기채를 많이 찍기 위해서는 단기채를 받아줄 돈이 필요함.

31. 이걸 스테이블 코인이 할 수 있음.
