@ATT and their subcontractors should be sued into oblivion. I have spectrum internet and while laying new fiber cut our spectrum internet and then instead of fixing it THEY LEFT. Horrible company and terrible subcontractors. This is why I dropped every service I had with them.

@MomOnFire The best thing to do is be honest with those around you not to burden them but just so that they know and you aren’t shouldering the burden solo as you navigate the ups and down of what our brains do.

@MomOnFire Sending the good vibes your way. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression I understand. Meds help and sometimes they don’t. There’s also no rhyme or reason for a ramp up in those feelings. Just know you aren’t alone as millions of others have the same issue.
