@BankofScotland I’ve spent hours on hold over the last few days trying to get through to someone regarding my travel insurance, but it seems impossible! I have also tried to register my details online but there seems to be a problem with that too. Could someone get back to me?

@cookie270781 @passportwaiting Gemma which passport office did you send it to? I submitted my son’s renewal on 31st August and documents received on 3rd September and it’s still showing as we have your documents.

We travel in 2 weeks and I’m panicking 😩
