@GNRailUK hi the machine is off line at st Neots so trying to buy on line ticket but struggling with signal with phone please can I buy at Stevenage Station as if I wait for ticket office I will miss train and be late for work

@GNRailUK hi, all the lifts at Stevenage station are out of order again lift to platform 3 -4 has not been in use for a couple of months. I am disabled and find stairs a challenge and I have fallen before. Please can you tell me when these will be fixed thank you.

@GNRailUK Hi Andy , with respect can the station staff not chase this up? The lifts between platforms 3-4 have not been working for a couple of months, it’s only today that all the lifts are not working, when I have repeat my asked the staff they just shrug their shoulders,
