@AmazonHelp Advertising cases of crisp yet sending 1 packet. Just 1 example above. There's lots more online. It's false advertisement & reviews shows it's been on for a while yet still be allowed to advertise? I spoke to your customer service team who was happy to refund but not acceptable.
