@steveolivas Black widows have a definite hourglass shape on their belly, not their back. The legs also don’t look right. Black widows have a leg shape that I have always described as “elegant.” Just the opinion of someone who has found Black Widows in her basement.

@JackBox Interesting that after I was irritated that I was charged more than the posted price on the drive-through menu, now the code to fill out the survey doesn’t work. Are the employees able to disable access to the survey when customers are obviously dissatisfied?

@gibbensauthor @SaltyLikeSaline The hospice nurses made my mom comfortable. They fed me soup while I watched my mom die. They gave me tea. They let me take a break in their library to see a funny chicken book. This wasn’t done for their benefit, it was done to ease my pain during the worst time in my life.

@gibbensauthor @SaltyLikeSaline I appreciated the care taken for my mom. It was absolutely for me, her daughter who just lost her mom and has to now live her life from this defining moment...the moment she had to start living as a motherless daughter. Who cares about the laundry or the blanket?
