I have to wait 7yrs to get my state pension when I was promised I’d receive it when I was 60yrs old.

I paid into the system all my working life & was then told it was now unaffordable for me to receive because the country couldn’t afford it.

How then can this government now suddenly afford to find £billions for people that have not paid a penny into the system.

Those of us who have paid in & still waiting should receive a refund for the years they’ve paid in & received nothing in return.

@real_shirelass Personally I think people need something big to switch the lights on & wake them up. Some are just not prepared to ask any questions in order to disrupt their little bubble. I believe we chose when to wake up before we reincarnated to help the others when the time came.

Lightning storm? I’ll employ the sophisticated survival technique of staying inside my house and not standing in a field holding a golf club.

Meteorite? At that point I’m probably going outside to watch it. You don’t get many opportunities like that.

Alien invasion? Absolutely send me the alert. I’ll put the kettle on.

And finally, nuclear attack.
