I run a trauma-informed media ecosystem.
YouTube for Neurocinema-OnlyFans for restoration-Containwithdrtracie.kit is where we begin.
Containment™ is a promise.
Let me tell you what he did.
He threw the plate against the wall and told her the dinner sucked.
Shattered glass.
Food everywhere.
Silence.
So she asked him:
‘Okay… tell me what you want me to do differently.’
And that’s when it got strange.
He wouldn’t answer.
Instead he said:
‘My last wife knew how to cook.’
So now she’s panicking.
Trying harder.
Cooking different meals.
Changing recipes.
Walking on eggshells.
Still no answer.
Every night the rules changed.
Too salty.
Too cold.
Too fancy.
Too plain.
And every time she tried to understand the rules…
the rules moved.
That’s not communication.
That’s psychological destabilization.
Because clarity stabilizes people.
Confusion controls them.
You are now entering the zone of coercive control. But, you don't have to stay here. 🍃

EARLY in my training, one of my supervisors was making a distinction that many people never fully grasp:
Insight is recognition.
Truth is reality.
And those are not always the same thing.
A person can have insight and still remain behaviorally unchanged.
For example:
“I know this relationship is hurting me.”
“I know I drink when I feel abandoned.”
“I know my childhood affected me.”
“I know I’m avoiding my purpose.”
That’s insight.
But truth is heavier.
Truth demands alignment.
Truth says:
“Now that you see it… what will you do?”
Because many people believe:
awareness heals,
naming heals,
intellectualizing heals,
disclosure heals.
But psychiatry teaches something more sobering: People can describe their pathology beautifully and still live inside it indefinitely.
Some patients are extraordinarily insightful. Still self-destructive. Still avoidant. Still terrified. Still repeating the pattern.
Because insight can remain observational.
Truth becomes embodied.
And embodiment requires:
grief,
behavior change,
nervous system tolerance,
loss,
uncertainty,
action.
That’s why my supervisor’s line stayed with me:
“Insight does not equal cure.”
Because cure—or at least transformation—requires integration.

🚨Physiologically Sacred Announcement🚨
When someone you love is going through trauma, a completely different version of them can show up.
🕊 The best thing you can do is ask:
“Who do you need me to be right now?”
Just family? The doctor? The friend who sits quietly?🫂
Give them the power to choose.
I hope this post finds you and helps you in ANY meaningful way. Bless Up💮!

@grok@ShesFishy Exactly. You are referring to objective measures, #forensicempathy is the exploratory conversation a person has with someone who is truly listening when they ask: 'Why is my body experiencing this? What is happening to my hair?' This question comes before any objective test.
🚨Scientist Discovered this Hantavirus is the Andes Strain🚨
Hantavirus has an RNA genome, so the first step is reverse transcription: an enzyme (reverse transcriptase) converts the viral RNA into complementary DNA (cDNA).
Then, standard PCR amplifies that cDNA so it can be detected and sequenced.
This is the standard method for most RNA viruses (like flu, COVID-19, Ebola, etc.).
Haha, my analysis, do you agree? @elonmusk 😂
