Federal MPs should share bi-weekly updates to their constituents, including upcoming legislation and how they voted on legislation.
Let's fill that gap in information for them.
Politicians should NOT be treating used cars as their cash cows.
MP @AndrewLawton introduced a bill to remove federal sales tax from used cars.
This would make life more affordable and stop double taxation.
All MPs should support Lawton’s bill!
Legacy media spends too much time trying to blame everything on people who are not in charge of the government and at the same time advertising what a great job the people in charge are doing
Stuart Benson (@LeftHandStu) trying to spar with Pierre Poilievre like it's his life's mission, and he gets owned
Funny how that same fire doesn't seem to ignite when questioning Carney, his cabinet, or the NDP
'Non-partisan journalist' they said. Must be the selective adrenaline

"The project’s sponsors have estimated total construction costs at $60- to $90-billion ... That should set off alarm bells right there: when $30-billion shows up, not as the cost of the project, but just as the margin of error, you know you’re in trouble."
@eyeonthe_cagovt Grok did a search, and according to McKinsey (oh the irony), it is 7%. Another modelling group says 10%.
Looks like the Conservatives only need a few more hardliners to cross to the Liberals
"A Canadian journalist fluent in Mandarin, who monitored Chinese-language coverage overnight and could not be named for safety reasons, said the reaction was unambiguous. “CCP media is praising his performance,” the journalist said. “Chinese social media has lots of videos praising him. He became a hero in China.”"
Old Age Security is the single biggest line item in the federal budget, totalling $85.5 billion in 2025-26.
It is expected to cost more than $100 billion annually by 2030

Welcome to Ottawa where your money rewards their failure.
Federal executives took $201 million in bonuses last year.
Nearly all government executives took a bonus.
Departments barely met half of their own targets.
End the taxpayer-funded bonuses!

The federal government will once again hike alcohol taxes on April 1, costing taxpayers about $41 million.
And it’s an undemocratic tax grab.
They will take more of your money without a vote in Parliament.
“Only 536 pages. Big deal. Departments don’t like Access to Information #ATI#cdnfoi…they don’t like releasing records that conflict with the official story.”

Well said, Keith.
The protest in Ottawa was ordinary Canadians taking a stand against government overreach when it mattered most, when those who were supposed to stand up for us instead chose to disparage and disregard citizens, refusing to engage with or respect them.
I could not be more proud to stand next to ordinary Canadians against the extraordinary power of the state.
Watching ordinary Canadians confront the power, and the incompetence, of the state has forced a simple question: what is it they are so afraid of?
The only answer I can come up with is control. Control that will slip away because it was never theirs to begin with. That is what they cannot comprehend, and it will be their end, because a system that does not respect its citizens cannot endure.
‼️The CBC has been caught red-handed… AGAIN.
Mark Carney explicitly committed Canada to helping establish a “new world order” with China, yet the CBC chose to cut that statement from the clip they aired.
Canadians deserve honest, complete reporting. Why is the CBC misleading the public, and why are they running cover for Mark Carney?
