Football fans are emotional souls and biggest lesson to learn is to repay the loyalty of fans. Been booking tickets on line since service began so no doubt about my loyalty

@bnfrnkln @WorthingFC Perhaps this answers some questions as if you were able to log into the website at 7pm and got 4 tickets then this probably means that by 8pm when the GO GO GO message went on this forum all the tickets had gone. The sudden surge at 8 clearly crashed the site

@ticketpassHQ Why didn’t you think of the true fans who have booked tickets on your website since the service began and given them priority over people who were using the site for perhaps only the second time. Bad planning!!
