Today's figures reveal that NHS waiting lists grew again in June to 7.62 million.

14 years of Conservative neglect left the NHS broken, waiting lists rising, and patients failed.

Never again should the Conservatives be trusted with our health service.

1 in 3 Britons will struggle with their mental health at some point, and in tough political and economic times its important there are people to sound off to.

5 years ago I opened my email to anyone struggling to sound off, without judgement. Men in particular find it hard to talk.

So as we're in midsummer but heading towards autumn and winter, a difficult time for many, my email is open again.

I can't guarantee a swift response, and those who need immediate help will get as much good information on great resources that are free for all. But sometimes it's just nice to know someone reads and listens.

It doesn't matter what your race, faith, politics is, park all at the door.

Once upon a time someone offered the same and saved my life, so it's absolutely my duty to offer the same where I can.

Mens suicide is through the roof, which means a trail of family members often left with a lifetime of hurt, questions and sorrow. Even one person reaching out who wants to stay alive could mean a dozen people not left with that pain.

You don't have put your name or location, but if you're struggling, know someone reads it, and has been there.

Preserve life. Yours.
