Colin Brown

Founder of @TracMap. Now enjoying expanding the business in North America.

@SevenSharp
Your supermarket comparison is so shallow it is bullshit.
Too small a sample.
Pick another day and 7 different items, and could be completely different.

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

Looking forward to networking and learning at today's Strawberry Automation Summit organized by @CalPoly_CAFES

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

We only moved one door down, so shifting was easy.

[Western Growers CIT @wg_cit]

Congratulations to @tracmap USA! Their Team is still growing, and they have moved into a larger office in @CityofSalinas. You can view the ribbon cutting here: https://t.co/zGw1a6jAGw

TracMap founder Colin Brown and the team are having a great time at the @CAPCA3 conference in Anaheim, CA.

If you are attending make sure you stop by and say hi ☀️

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

One of the things I enjoy about conferences is the opportunity to catch up and enjoy a beer with the friends you make.
Here with Mark Russell (who seems to know half the people at the CAPCA conference) and his mate Pete enjoying a joke.

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

Sharing a joke with @akukutai Arama from Finistere Ventures and @NZAmbassadorUS Tim Groser at the #svfagtech18 debrief.
Sounds like has been a valuable trip, as was the one I participated in in 2016.
An essential preparation step for all Kiwi Agtech companies targeting the US

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

Know anyone looking for a start in sales for a great technology company?
We are looking for someone with "get up and go" for our Fresno Office as we expand our operations.

It's harvest time for Macadamias, TracMap's Michael De Palma was out at Alloway Macademia in Bundaberg, Queenland and got some photos!
The second image is a Macadamia pick up machine, which functions a bit like a golf ball collector on a driving range!

Driving at exactly 3.6km/hr, how hard can it be?
With Nathan Dorn from @Food_Origins testing his ability to drive at an exact speed for a research project he has on the go.
Something a bit different.

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

And looking forward to catch up with some more innovative NZ companies.
It was being on the 2016 immersion that laid the foundation for the success of our US expansion. https://t.co/xKlRF4QHQf

[Wharf42 @wharf42HQ]

It was great to meet @tracmapcolin & Dom yesterday. Looking forward to catching up again in August when the New Zealand delegation visit Salinas as part of the 2018 Silicon Valley AgTech Immersion Program & Conference. #KiwisInSV https://t.co/76mquK7PLK

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

"We start with the problem statement". Curtis Garner from @BowlesFarming talking during Tomorrow's Smart Farm session at #ForbesAgTech about a structured approach to deciding what new technologies (including @tracmap) they choose to incorporate into their farming operation.

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

@Food_Origins @wg_cit @UnitedFresh Congratulations. Another significant milestone on the journey to commercial success

[Colin Brown @tracmapcolin]

Great conversations happening at #forbesagtech right next to our office in #salinas .
Here Jeff Morrison from Grimmway and Dominic discuss the load cell systems we will be trialing on their carrot harvesters.

[TracMap @tracmap]

"What we like most about TracMap is their ease of use, product support and the simplicity of the interface. Everything that we need, it does well"
We spoke to Rob Scherzinger of Aspen Ag in California 👇
