@brutalfightz All y’all that say abusive is the reason why 10 year olds are carjacking at gun point, the Kia boys are from the ages of 12-20, 12-16 years are shooting and killing one another!
If so every dollar I spend in the store contributes to your salary. So I decided again to ignore him as he continued to force his convo on me. I finished up with Ky who was very helpful and professional and I left. I will never return to this location again!
@kroger I had the worst experience at Mariano’s this evening. I went to the location at 38th and king drive in Chicago. Everything was great until checkout. I went D’arra’s and immediately she rolled her eyes when I walked up. I couldn’t go to self-checkout-too many items.
As my and I walked to the service desk, Chris follows us. All the time conversing with a customer and he incident and me. So as I am explaining to Ky what I wanted she asked me could she help me with the situation. I began to explain to her the severity of the situation.
He said as long as it talking about him he will respond. I told him that he was immature and I would be calling corporate. I also that it’s sad that I contribute to his salary and this is the thanks I get. He said I don’t pay his salary. I asked him was he an employee of Kroger?
I told him I was asked about the situation and I was explaining to her. I said that he was very unprofessional and needed some customer service training. He didn’t know how to control himself or his temper with a customer.
While explaining to her what happened, Chris decides he wants to continue comforting me although I removed myself from him to diffuse the situation. I asked him why was he continuing to insert himself in my conversation. He said because I was talking about him.
While I was talking of course I was upset he kept wanting to address that I said my shit as if I called him or his employees out of their names. I said I referenced my stuff. It wasn’t an attack on I or ur employees. He says it didn’t matter. So he finished ringing me out.
I said furthermore Il you laughing with her knowing that I had an issue with her. He tells me it’s his job to laugh with her. I said it’s your job to laugh with her when a customer has an issue. He said yes. I knew then that his professionalism was subpar.
While walking over with D’arra, Chris and D’arra is laughing and whispering. He asks me what was the problem. I said that I was not happy with them and the fact that they were throwing my shit. He said that I wasn’t going to curse him out. I said My shit was referring to me not u
I about 27 items. The time was spent with D’arra not wanting to do her job. So when Derricka drops my bag and tells me what’s heavy to her I was tired of them and their unprofessionalism. I told her that I didn’t want my bags heavy and to call a supervisor. Chris comes over.
She puts 5lb potatoes and 3 cartons of veggie broth, and two cartons of heavy whipping in the same bag. I asked her to not put all of the heavy items in the same bag. She looked at me and said that the bag wasn’t heavy. At this point I was in line ringing up for 30 minutes.
Derricka ignored her several times until she eventually came to help. I requested paper bags immediately. D’arra seemed to be upset by my request. I then asked not to put all of the heavy items in the same bag. Now D’arra’s sighing loudly. Derricka finishes bagging.
She told him I want it wrong up first. He said why. I ignored him because I didn’t feel like it should be explained. I’m the customer it was a simple request. So after it was rung up, he left and now D’arra is handling my groceries aggressively. She kept asking Derricka to bag.
So she went and got Chris the CS manager. He came over and immediately stated that the price was right. D’arra told him that I showed her the pic. He enforced that the price was wrong but he adjusted it and told her why she didn’t do it last.
I informed her and showed her the pic of the display. She said ok and asked Ky for help. She showed her how to adjust it but D’arra said she didn’t feel like doing it. So I patiently waited on her. She kept saying that she didn’t feel like doing all of this.
