GHOUL SUMMER is out today! ๐
This middle grade cozy/spooky ghost story is my eighth published novel (in 3.25 years ๐คฏ๐ซ, so thank you for still following me online despite all this pestering)
Such great insights into what readers like to see in book reviews! I compiled them here

(on my website because the idea of starting up another social media service/ long term blog ๐คฎ)
Help! When youโre casually checking out online book reviews to figure out what to buy/borrow, what info are you looking for?? What helps you decide whatโs right for you?
Genuinely curious, bc I always find writing a helpful review tricky but they're so key to book visibility
I've been prodded into adding a "call to action" to my posts, so:
* buy/borrow my book(s) (retailer links at https://t.co/0norbXuh7M )
* repost/share/tell at least one other reader about them today, and/or
*check all the reviews for your next bnb to make sure it's not haunted๐ป

My gratitude to the fab team at Storytide/@HarperCollins, cover artist @polymorphin_ Lauren Dimaya, and @LookingGlassLit for helping me get this book into young readers' hands!
Pssts GHOUL SUMMER, my lightly spooky middle grade about a cranky kid and the even crankier 1980s ghost ruining his summer vacation, is out September 2! Buy/borrow at all the places!
