@ianhanomansing I appreciate the evidence being provided, I can choose to moderate my drinking or not. I think it’s important to know especially in the Canadian context where alcohol is a pervasive part of the culture for many. The risks should be shared as they are uncovered absolutely.

After sitting in many skills-based governance discussions over the past week, I’m wondering if “skills-based” is just coded language for why BIPOC, female, young and historically excluded aren’t qualified to sit on boards.
Makes more sense to make governance “performance-based.”
