@SenMarkey Great idea! But why weren’t we better funding healthcare BEFORE the war. We always see this being said when something comes up. Maybe it’s time for new blood that actually does what needs to be done instead of suggesting they would have done it except this “new thing” happened.
@MassGovernor Terrible state to try to care for disabled loved one without placing them. Supports are inconsistent, poorly regulated and are designed to push people back into institutionalized settings. And don’t even get me started on Fuller Hospital. You should be ashamed
@MikeMinogueABMD Family caretakers of disabled loved ones haven’t had a raise in 20 years! We want to keep our loved ones home, saving the state a hundred thousand dollars for each person kept out of state care. It seems a no brainer but we have been left to struggle!
@maura_healey I’m a nurse taking care of my family and then many others. 12 hour night shifts 3 times a week then home to care for my special needs 32 year old son. 60 years old and I’m tired. Please help family caretakers of disabled adults. No services basically since Covid.

@maura_healey
Now that you’re seeking reelection I’m wondering what you’re planning to do to help family caretakers of people with disabilities? We have had a raise in 20 years!! (Yes, you read that right!).

@McCourtyTwins Thank you, Devin, for sharing your amazing career with us! You are truly Iron Man! Enjoy your football retirement. Hope not see you in the analyst booth or coaching!! ❤️🏈
@maura_healey when are family caretakers of disabled adults going to get some relief?? $50 a day with NO respite is burning us out. Why isn’t Massachusetts helping families care for loved ones to keep them out of residential placement?? #WeNeedRealHelp
@Andy You can’t imagine how important this issue is for family caretakers for our disabled adult children. There are NO services available. We have been doing this without help for many years (while still working full time jobs!). #WeAreTired
@capthlr You found out after the fact that she had fired one of HER crew. She was the acting captain. Probably best to expend your energy healing and not micromanaging.
@DavidLeonte @blndhairblckhrt She did this to her family. All so she could wear Gucci and pretend to have a certain kind of life. I’m sad for her kids. But I hope they lock her up for at least 10 years.
@MarTEAnisEddy Looks like that little girl did Lisa a favor. He’s got major creep vibes and looks like he’s going to spend the rest of his life chasing babies. 🤢
@maura_healey I’m excited to see if your administration is actually going to do something to help disabled adults stay in their family home. It’s an travesty how this state pushes disabled adults into residential living but continuously denying services that would allow them to live at home.
