@LeeHarris @Iromg I was recently put in a HMO house because of dv,1 room,no cooking facilities no washing facilities and the council where paying £548 a week,there was 8 other people staying in the house,I was shocked what the council pay bearing in mind are local council has shut down

As i was driving today i thought i would do a little share about my recovery and the technique that completely saved me!

I will never forget that broken feeling of having no hope! Desperate to quit drinking and using but unable to stop! Losing all the things i loved but feeling helpless to change!

Quick update on this vulnerable family: Members of the public have chipped in and sent them money to keep their hotel for a few more nights. We’ve got a girl working on finding a permanent place to live for them.

If anyone knows of any bar or hospitality jobs going in town. Let me know. The lad on the left has experience in it and needs work.

The lad the right has severe epilepsy and has run out of medication. I don’t even know where he is up to with that to be honest.

Dad in the middle lost the family home because the landlord is selling the house.

The Street Guardians found them and their dog with their suitcases at the Bombed out Church and put them in a hotel.

Also if anyone wants to start helping or donate food. This family might need a couple of quid to keep the hotel on too.
