Thankfully @BaerlicBrewing got PPP funding at the last minute in this initial round, thankfully our superpower is scrappiness and we have pivoted the business to an e-comm model with home delivery and thankfully people LOVE beer right now and keep buying it.

As a small business owner of a brewery/taprooms @BaerlicBrewing in #pdx, I'm acutely aware of the desperate need for relief during these times and it's critical we do everything we can to support small businesses in our community.

👉 Early stage churn - targeted in app education to align value - videos, tooltips etc
👉 Mid stage churn - keep value in front of the user ongoing - like email and blog updates
👉 Late stage churn - upgrade user - help them get more value from the product. They are ready.
