29-year-old self-proclaimed misogynist and incel Victor Valentine, who repeatedly posed a risk to women in the Cheltenham area, has been given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

He is a member of an online incel group, which has a history of unprovoked violence against women in public.

The order bans him from using any device that can access the internet unless he tells the police. He is also banned from entering or loitering near women’s public toilets and changing rooms.

He cannot register for, or use a guest or alias account on, a specified incel website and he's banned from using any other online platform, forum, chatroom or app that promotes or incel-related ideology or content.
