It’s crazy to me that @Uber doesn’t tell their drivers where the passenger is going (or that only experienced drivers are allowed to learn the direction or ending city).

I have had this happen numerous times where the driver arrives, learns my destination is too far or in a different jurisdiction, and leaves, wasting both our time.

Make no mistake, this is not the driver’s fault, but @Uber’s. In this scenario, I book a @lyft, which never has this problem.
