We should build things that are hard to copy.

Think:
* A fan + smart software
* A battery + smart control
* A water pump + sensors
* A meter + real-time data
* A machine that tells you before it breaks

This is where the real money is: Hardware + software.

India has great engineers, lower costs and 1.4B people to test and grow these products at home.

Making basic products is important. But competing only on low prices is a race nobody wins forever.

The future belongs to products that solve local problems using technology.
