You missed building the option to leave, even a career you love can change.
From my perspective, financial freedom means work becomes a choice.
What would you add?
The first investment is usually the scariest.

Real estate. Stocks. Bitcoin. Doesn’t matter.
Before I invested in Pittsburgh, there were a LOT of unknowns.
Then you do the first deal.
You learn the process.
You build relationships.
You gain experience.
And suddenly the thing that scared you doesn’t feel nearly as scary anymore.
Courage comes first. Confidence comes from repetition.
Being smart isn’t the same as being capable.
I knew people in college who could ace the test but needed step-by-step instructions for everything.
The real world doesn’t come with instructions.
At some point, stop researching.
Stop planning.
Stop dilly-dallying.
GO DO IT.
Execution > endless preparation.

The money game is changing.
But are the rules of building wealth changing with it?
Real estate. Bitcoin. AI. Digital money. Tokenization.
Gus & I are breaking it down.

Unpopular: stacking sats without leading your household is just another form of checking out.
HODL is easy. Being the man your kids actually follow is not.
Agree or am I off?
Smart people can spend six months developing the perfect plan.
Someone else spends six months trying, failing, adjusting and getting better.
