@AirCanada #aircanadavacations I just spent over 2 hrs on hold to get through to you customer service about a refund that’s now a month overdue. Then the agent tells me it’s going to be weeks longer + HANGS UP the phone after I’ve waited hours on the line. Next calls to Visa
