As of Sept. 15, Nebius $NBIS officially lists Axe Compute Inc. as a Token Factory infrastructure sub-processor.

Axe was NOT on Nebius’ previous Aug. 28 list.

So this appears to be a newly disclosed Nebius–Axe relationship.
