On 24.04.26, I submitted my mobile number portability request to Jio, provided UPC code and paid ₹349 recharge.

It has now been 22 days and my number is still not activated on Jio.

Sharing screenshots of repeated generic/template replies from @JioCare received over the last 3 days without any actual resolution, status update or timeline. A customer should not be left without access to their mobile number for 22 days after submitting an MNP request.

@JioCare @reliancejio My previous operator SIM has already been deactivated, but I never received/activated a Jio SIM. I am currently unable to access my mobile number at all, including OTPs, banking and important services.
