The KYVE team has been working on PoC governance concepts for KYVE DAO, as well as creating a UI for governance. This means:

✅ Users can manage pools and votes
✅ Votes can be used to update protocol configs
✅ Votes can be used to create or update pools

With the new update, the KYVE team will no longer have control over the uploader. Instead, a random node from the top 20 nodes for a pool will be selected to the new uploader.
