Shohei Ohtani is set to return to the Dodgers lineup tonight after a stint on the IL with right biceps inflammation and lingering left knee soreness. He’ll return as a hitter with five regular-season games left before the postseason.

Tampa Bay just won its first AL East title since 2021, and the fifth in franchise history, on one of baseball's smallest payrolls. They beat the Yankees 6-1 in the nightcap and will carry the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage into October.

[tash (YC S26) @tradetash]

The Rockies just lost their 100th game for the fourth straight season. First team to do it since the 1962-65 Mets. Colorado is in free fall: 57 wins against 100 losses, a generational collapse that will reshape the franchise 😭

[tash (YC S26) @tradetash]

Ronald Acuña Jr. left Tuesday's game with a left shin contusion. X-rays negative, day-to-day. The Braves face the postseason in seven days having already lost their star to hamstring injuries twice this season.

[tash (YC S26) @tradetash]

Aaron Judge will miss the Yankees' Wild Card Series with a shoulder strain. Against Boston's all-lefty rotation, his absence cuts deep into their biggest strength: power from the right side.

[tash (YC S26) @tradetash]

Matthew Stafford moved into sixth place in NFL history with his 427th career touchdown pass, passing Philip Rivers in the process. The Rams beat the Giants 28-6 on Monday night.
