Tried numerous times to claim compensation for flights cancelled from Hamburg to LHR on 2 July BA965 but keep getting push back from the automatic system. No email reply, telephone says they cannot help. We are owed £660 and cannot get an answer. Case 13177247

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I cannot get thru to an operative to discuss but my broadband is regularly dropping out. Furthermore when it is working my speeds are not near my ‘guaranteed’ download speeds. Please see images below. Also, invariably the diagnostics are not working.

@ChrisWillx You would assume behaviours would change based on the environment. I suppose it’s the balance of macro global circumstances vs how human evolutionary physocolgy changes in that time.
