@SW_Help So do you think it’s acceptable to allow people to board a train, leave Waterloo and then announce it won’t be stopping at the stations ? Seriously will you stop at nothing to ensure you minimise your delay fines?
@SW_Help joke. You haven’t mentioned the driver who obv couldn’t be bothered to drive the 18:20 to Woking and who cancelled the train at Vauxhall. Sack the idiot.
@SW_Help 4 carriage train from claygate at 7:30????? No one could get on. What are you doing????!!!!! It’s 2025 not 1825, people work in offices - can we claim???
That doesn’t answer why trains are so busy. This train has been 8 carriages for the last 9 months at least. Will the government reinstate the carriages when they take over the line?
@SW_Help explain why the trains from esher have been sardine like at 7am each morning this week? If this is the new norm as people go to office put on more carriages. The 7:02 from esher used to be 12, now 8 and people couldn’t get on at Surbiton because it was so full. 7am
@SW_Help and what’s the sunny reason for why the 7:02 from esher to Waterloo now only has 4 carriages? Has gone from 12 carriages 8 months ago to 8 and now 4. Really quite impressive
@LinkedInHelp hi I can’t log back into the website portal. Keep being asked to tick an animal facing the right way up. Keeps reloading with same security test
@SW_Help Why is is 7:02 from esher now a short 8 carriage formation train? And also now using old rolling stock. What’s going on? Has been all week so far with some days near impossible to board.
