Hey apes, really wish it weren’t the case but I’m not feeling well enough to make it to Hong Kong for ApeFest. Big fucking bummer, I know. Still working hard on my health situation. Sorry to anyone hoping to catch up with me.

That said, something is helping overall. When I started this journey, it hit me so hard and fast I could barely make it up a flight of stairs, and today, on a good day, I can walk several miles. On top of medication, I’ve had to focus on both treatments and lifestyle changes to figure out what helps my symptoms and what fucks me up. But I did well on my latest cardiac stress test, and while I still have some rough patches, overall I’ve been feeling much stronger and my doctors and I are feeling optimistic.

Regarding my work at Yuga. When this first happened, it really shattered my world. I closed my laptop and didn’t open it back up for a while. I needed space to figure out my next steps. I checked in occasionally, but it wasn’t nearly enough. Have been involving myself more as an advisor over the past couple weeks. I hope that my presence is felt again in some small way. I desperately want to get back to my creative work at Yuga, I left so much unfinished, but I unfortunately still have a ways to go.

Know the HK parties will be wild, even without my stupid smile in photos. I’ve spoken to Daniel and he’s personally guaranteed me that everyone will 100% be getting laid. Which is great news.

Also Garga promised to go streaking. He’s a little bashful though and asked for a little encouragement.
