1. Trump has NO idea who Doug Ford is. Like, none.
2. She isn’t sure if her own city’s unemployment numbers have gone up or down in recent months.
3. Not a single follow-up from anyone to ask Chow what she means by Ford “fighting Trump” -THAT would be quite an answer, but the question would take courage to ask.
4. She’s way off re: unemployment figures for Toronto vs. major US cities.
Toronto is 6.8%….it was 5.2% when John Tory left office - it has been as high as 9.4% under Chow. NYC is low 4’s. Miami is high 3’s, Dallas is 4.0, LA & Chicago are 5.0 - but ALL w/ a higher % of FT jobs than Toronto.

Let’s just stop pretending Toronto can absorb 4 1/2 more years of this.

➡️ USMCA was negotiated in 2018. It's always had a review clause which the 🇺🇸 exercised on July 1. Much as changed in the world. There's no "violation."
