Your bank allowed an account to be opened by a person with a fake ID and SS# of a dead person. That person then deposited a stolen check with a forged signature. No one in Desert Financial legal or claims gets back to me. Please help!!

@DesertFinancial @JeffMeshey I have called that number numerous times and provided the same information over and over again, but no one gets back to me. I have also emailed your legal dept. I would like to hear from senior management.
