MUSINGS. People may start in places where they feel happy but at the end of the day- they will only stay where they are valued, where they are ultimately paid for their time (there are no free lunches) and paid properly for their value. Hiring indiscriminately is easy.

If not, it just becomes a tired cycle of retraining and hoping for above average output. Training should be a continuous tool to teach quality outputs to everyone and to help add more value to those that already bring their A-game since Day 1.
