If you disclose any form of abuse to your church counselling team or Pastor and they encourage you to stay. Leave that church!! God does not condone abuse.

If you are wrestling with depression and any form of mental illness. Go and see a professional not your Pastor or church. Let’s stay in our respective lanes. Nothing wrong with going to church for spiritual nourishment but for issues of the mind or body- go see a professional

The beauty of the Bible is that those who would usually be overlooked, unseen and deemed insignificant are the ones God wrote into His story. Many of these individuals were women and I love how they had the greatest encounters with God which became lessons to thousands today.

If you require marriage counselling , I encourage you to see someone outside of your church. I have seen marriages fall apart from sharing sensitive information to those in such close proximity to them.

Any church that focuses on what a Pastor says more than on what Jesus lived and said is a cult. Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth. If you have left the church, remain as part of the body of Christ. Continue to follow the guiding hand and words of Jesus.

Christianity is not about control, censorship or pride. God is not judging you by your worst days and moral failures. Instead, He has enabled you through Holy Sprit to live a life of fulfilled joy, peace and purpose. It’s about living a life fully “seen” by your first love.

Continue to remain connected to the vine. Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth 🙏 you’re not crazy, you’re just extremely discerning.

A few months ago a well respected Christian told me it would be better for me to dead than to "come out". I took that advice and thew it in the blood of Jesus. Nothing can separate me or you from the love of Christ. If you are part of the LGBTQIA+, you are loved by your Father.

If any church leaders name any women " Jezebel" because they have disclosed sexual assault/abuse at the hands of a church member and leader, leave that church. They do not share the values of our Lord Jesus Christ.

If any church spends more time protecting their reputation than ensuring they advocate for the weak and vulnerable, leave that church.
