New album, Mad Dog in the Fog, out now 🖤

[train @train]

Mad Dog in the Fog, our 12th album, is now yours 🖤 https://t.co/93T0OfqVCX

Creating this album with one another has been such a rewarding experience. Celebrating 25 years of Drops of Jupiter and reflecting on the history of Train has brought us here, to an album that we're so proud to share with the world.

This is for the Train fans who've been there since the beginning, for the Mad Dog in the Fog, for San Francisco, and ultimately, for you.

Thank you.

I had the chance to catch up with Pat Monahan, lead singer of the Grammy Award-winning band Train.

Here’s a snippet of his connection to Cal and his appreciation for some of the Bay Area’s best in music.

The Grammy-winning band "Train" is known for huge hits like "Drops of Jupiter," a sing-along fan favorite 25 years later. Frontman Pat Monahan took ABC News behind the scenes of their latest tour.

Celebrating our new album, Mad Dog in the Fog, in front of the pub that gave this band a chance at the very beginning, playing to an amazing crowd in San Francisco, is something we'll never forget 💙

Thank you to everyone who packed Haight Street for our block party, to Cyril and the City of San Francisco for helping make it possible, to our incredible crew and everyone who worked behind the scenes to bring it all together, and to @mattnathanson for helping us sing this one. We love you, San Francisco!

[train @train]

Space is limited, and you must receive a confirmation to enter the block party. Make sure your name on Partiful matches your name on your ID.

RSVP does not guarantee entry. First come, first serve.

New album. Old stomping grounds. One hell of a homecoming.

See you Thursday, San Francisco ❤️‍🔥
