Here is a relatively easy drill that required @hollyhirschh to remain low & compact as she looks to use her legs to create power to elevate the shot.
In addition, she must establish great hand placement to execute a jumpshot.

Here is a 3 GAME shot sequence that all perimeter players should have in their 🧳
1) A “down hill” pull up.
2) A same hand/foot finish.
3) A corner 3 ball.

THE DRILL
“Two ball push & pull dribble”
Here our @BallinLikeBoogz
starts out in a stationary fashion
where she dribbles for approximately 15-30 seconds.
Afterwards, she performs the same dribble pattern while on the move.

The DRILL
- set up four cones in a diamond formation
- Attack the first cone and then “bounce off” to create space
- Once the space is created attack the cone w/ a quick double move.
REPEAT and flip the opposite!
