Alright, I figured it's about time for a new pinned post since the last one is from August 2020.
I mostly make military related art, almost all of which are aircraft, but I do sometimes also make fan art of either games or people I like.
Goofy harrier :)
Made this as a small change of pace by drawing a goofy, cartoony looking jet in the style of @/PlaneyBoys which is a style i found really fun to experiment drawing with.

Some things on Proko are geared towards people aiming to be pros but not all.
Understanding anatomy, color theory, and more aren't things that are exclusively for professionals. Those are skills for anyone who's looking to take their art to a certain level of polish/completion with a technical backing in reality.
A hobbyist can still be someone who's a better artist than even my favorite skilled artists throughout history.
The things that are outside of that are where some of our courses are for people who want to work in comics. Some of those lessons can assume a person could work in a field where they're only a penciller or one. That's outside of a typical hobbyist or solo creator situation.
Technical mastery can be held by someone making art purely for self-expression or for fun. How skilled they get in that regard really just comes down to what kind of art they want to make, not whether they want to do it professionally or not.
Don't really post these often, but these first two are drawings following the ear and eye tutorial done by @prokotv and had a blast doing them, plus two more drawings using some shading techniques I learned from Proko that I'm proud of.
@prokotv -n't want to become a professional, or monetize art really, be it through commissions or a patreon or else, and only have art as a personal passion, what do you think of them? i'll be real i've been wanting to ask this for a long time, and-
Ok so, yesterday I did this quick eye study thing and I learned that you can make the coloring better by including a very faint hint of other colors like purples, blues, yellows and greens
(not really much of a study i drew mainly from memory, also i forgot the eyelashes)
