@openforumevents Are you in trouble financially? Why aren’t you repaying fees for cancelled conferences? Companies deserve their money back. Do the right thing and pay up! #CV19 is no excuse.

@openforumevents @CMAgovUK this is the company who refused a refund for a conference that didn’t go ahead because of CV19. Is a small claims court our only recourse?

@openforumevents We are hoping to run it in October, but I cannot guarantee that date as there are too many uncertainties. We will be running it in both Manchester and London in 2021

@openforumevents The emails are written in plain English and refunds are agreed. Except there is no refund. Now the contract has been raised to state you can postpone or change with no refund. Surely that’s not acceptable when you have to postpone by a year! Do the right thing.
