@mnhopper1s I think salary can be what you make it. Is it above state average? What perks do they add (ie, cell phone, licensure coverage, etc.)? Do you feel like they are trying to pay you what you feel you’re worth? All in the eyes of the beholder! Don’t sell yourself short!
