I’ve run my business for 7 years using them regularly and the last 6 months has been has been the most unreliable deliveries.

Last Friday, my order was picked up for 3 day. As of today (the following Friday), no delivery.

I'd say this is unbelievable, but it's sadly too believable. All the advanced strategies and interventions with adult, skeletally mature athletes will never be effective if the industry is breaking the young stars of tomorrow before they even get to high school.

@EricCressey College baseball is year round. Most players get very little time off. Summer ball is such a grind and most summer league owners don’t take enough care in the athletes needs for proper S&C, arm care and down time.
