The past few weeks, we have been working with a problem-based learning approach. Students applied their knowledge of #neuroscience, #exercisescience and #physiotherapy to solve real-world case studies. We saw great intercultural and interdisciplinary group work!

Yesterday, a digital virtual conference took place, where students could gain their first experience with scientific conferences. The innovative design of our digital IVAC- course, funded by the @DAAD_Germany and the @BMBF_Bund , made it possible to hold this conference.

The next phase of the #IVAC has begun! This part encourages students to create an Individual Development Plan (IDP). Thus, students will be prepared for their next career steps in #neuroscience and #therapy!

Ready to start our own success story with #IVAC_trainingtwins. The IVAC_trainingtwins cohort is made up of 11 lecturers & 28 students from Germany and Kenya. We are looking forward to an exciting semester!

Final preparations were made for the "Applied Neuroscience in Exercise and Therapy" course. We give our all to support students in their next steps for an academic career and to prepare them for future challenges of neuroscience.

Exercise as medicine is part of our philosophy! Even though Covid-19 is the most popular topic today, there is a need for evidence-based research in many areas, including #exercise and #neuroscience. We cannot wait to work on this with students from @unipb and @DiscoverJKUAT.
