@ChantalRiley@Afrihost The easiest thing would be to import/export your content. The theme customization and website settings you may have to do again. Start in your admin area Tools->Export
@Emeraldand_Jade I am pretty sure there was a way to recover or change the password using a plugin which you need to upload via ftp. Presumably you have tried the 'forgotten password' option.
@kellyromanart You dont have to pay monthly for a website. Domain + hosting can be quite cheap on yearly plan, plus you can easily manage the website yourself. Let me know if you need help.
